Stanley McChrystal, Commander, International Security Assistance Force and U.S. Forces Afghanistan, during the ceremony marking the change of command and the official activation of the NATO Training Mission - Afghanistan at Camp Eggers in Kabul, Nov. 21. Lt. Gen. Caldwell assumed command from Maj. Gen. Richard P.
