Abdul Ameer, the commander of the 12th Iraqi Army Division, cuts the ribbon to the new joint tactical operations center for the 12th Field Engineer Regiment on K-1 Military Base in Kirkuk province, Iraq, Nov. 8. The new J-TOC will allow the 12th FER to work more closely with their U.S. Military counterparts.
