Lt. Col. Tanya Moore, a nurse with the Army Reserve's 7225th Medical Support Unit of Columbus, Ohio, carries medicines at the triage station of the Pajimo Clinic in the rural Kitgum district. The clinic treated over 700 patients that day, and also provided them with many over-the-counter medicines to which they do not have regular access.
