The colors of the 56th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 36th Inf. Division of the Texas Army National Guard fly in formation with 'Old Glory' one last time at a transfer of authority ceremony, Aug. 1, with the 41st IBCT of the Oregon National Guard near the Victory Base Complex Base Defense Operations Center. The ceremony signifies that the Texas Guardsmen are now 'mission complete' and will begin their journey home and that the Soldiers of the 41st IBCT begin the next chapter of their deployment.
