    Navy Petty Officers 1st Class John Cid, from Quezon City, Philippines, and Thomas Damron, from Port Hueneme, Calif., frame walls of the Regimental Combat Team 3 Combat Operations Center, May 13, at Camp Leatherneck. After the brigade command center is complete, the Seabees will move on to build the 12,000 square-foot RCT-3 and Camp Leatherneck Garrison combat centers.
