Sgt. 1st Class Justin Kime, 350th Civil Affairs Command, wrestles with Staff Sgt. Kyle McNeal, 353rd Civil Affairs Command during a final round of combatives competition during the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) Best Warrior Competition held at Camp Clark June 2. Kime claimed the title as the non-commissioned officer combatives champion, later claiming the overall NCO Best Warrior title. USACAPOC (A) soldiers from across the country are participating in this five-day battle of physical and mental stamina in hopes of being named the command's "best warrior" and advancing to the U.S. Army's Reserves Command's competition in July.
