Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Fuel) 3rd Class Matthew Wilson, of Naval Supply Systems Command Yokosuka, Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi Detachment, records levels of water, sediment and other particulates from JP-5 (aviation grade) samples in the installation's fuel lab.
