Command Sgt. Maj. Larry Seaman, 1st Special Troops Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, congratulates Sgt. 1st Class Nathan Quinn, provost marshal non-commissioned officer in charge, Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 1st STB, 1st BCT, 4th Inf. Div., during an award presentation at the "Phoenix" Bn. Welcome Home Ball, May 15, held at the Bell County Expose Center in Belton, Texas. Quinn, a native of Montpelier, Idaho, received the distinguished honor of The Order of the Marechaussee from the Military Police Regimental Association for distinguished service, displaying the highest standards of integrity and moral character. The prestigious Marechaussee Corps, named after the French term for provost officers, is known for its meritorious service in Gen. George Washington's Headquarters in 1781 during the American Revolution.
