U.S. Soldiers in the South Carolina Army National Guard listen to Sgt. First Class Joe Cashion, noncommissioned officer in charge, 108th Public Affairs Detachment, South Carolina Army National Guard, as he welcomes them to unit public affairs representative training, Jan 11, 2015, at the McCrady Training Center, Eastover, S.C. The training was held to assist the organization expand their communications efforts and teach the attendees how they could assist their units with public affairs efforts. Some of the skills they learned include writing a caption for a photo, using social media safely and supporting media interviews.
