Sgt. Michael Ponce, an administration non-commissioned officer with Headquarters and Service Company, Headquarters Battalion, 1st Marine Divsion, conducts a radio check during the Basic Radio Operators Course portion of the Required Operational Combat Exercise at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, Calif., April 30.
