Gunnery Sgt. Justin M. Crawn talks with players at the first practice at Fullerton College Dec. 31, for the Marine Corps’ Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl Game. The U.S. Marine Corps Drill Instructors come to the practices to give players a little taste of what it is like to train to become a United States Marine. Crawn is a senior drill instructor for Alpha Company, First Battalion, at Marine Corps Recruiting Depot Parris Island, S.C. The Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl recognizes and celebrates selected players as exemplary athletes, youth leaders, high-academic performers and engaged community members.
