Two cooks from the 8th Military Police Brigade and two cooks from 25th Infantry Division are briefed about the rules for the culinary cook-off during the U.S. Army Hawaii Installation Junior Enlisted and Noncommissioned Officer Chef of the Year competition held Dec. 16.
