Members of the Norfolk, Va.-based USS Forrest Sherman and the Portsmouth, N.H.-based U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Tahoma build out a garden area that provides life skills training to mentally disabled students at Victory Living Programs during Fleet Week Port Everglades 2009. More than 1,000 Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen are participating in a number of community outreach activities as well as enjoying the hospitality and tourism of South Florida.
