Multinational soldiers (medics) approach a area under fire from enemy combatants during a simulated attack during the Advanced Casualty Sustainment Care Course. The soldiers move through smoke used for concealment to assist simulated casualties sustained during the attack. The soldiers conducted the training at the International Special Training Centre (ISTC) by ISTC Medical Branch in Pfullendorf, Germany, Nov. 19, 2014. ISTC provides centralized training for NATO special forces and similar units in Europe. (U.S. Army photo by Visual Information Specialist Martin Greeson /Released)
