Army Spc. Zachariah Deans conducts a preventive maintenance inspection on a light medium tactical vehicle at the Papago Park Military Reservation in Phoenix. Deans is a member of the Arizona National Guard’s 153rd Brigade Support Battalion and works full time at Canyon State Academy as a group leader for disadvantaged youth. Spc.
