U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel, visited the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, Calif., Nov. 16, 2014. His visit coincided with Decisive Action Rotation 15-02 featuring the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division from Fort Carson, Colo.
