U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Jocelyn Mathys, Pacific Air Forces traffic manager, listens as Chief Master Sgt. Buddy Hutchison, PACAF command chief, speaks to a crowd of PACAF enlisted staff members during an all call Nov. 20, 2014, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. Hutchison addressed a number of topics, including recent changes to the Air Force's performance reports and promotion systems and the developmental special duty selection process. Hutchison also discussed his views on the importance of being a wingman and why knowing your fellow Airmen is critical to both safety and PACAF's mission.
