An Iraqi soldier takes a break from first-aid training in Mosul, Iraq, April 21. U.S. Soldiers, assigned to the 12th Brigade, 3rd Iraqi Army Division, Military Transition Team, teach Iraqi soldiers how to care for their wounded by showing them basic first-aid techniques including checking for a pulse and providing oxygen, how to properly use a pressure dressing and applying a tourniquet.
