Iraqi soldiers stand at attention after reciting the non-commissioned officer's creed on March 27. The first joint induction ceremony included 18 Soldiers from 3rd Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division and 9 Soldiers from 20th Brigade, 5th Iraqi Army Division.
