Mississippi Army National Guard Sgt. Bryan Dupont and Sgt. Joshua Mcgaugh, CH-47 Chinook flight engineers, Bravo Company, 1/111st General Support Aviation Battalion, conduct routine maintenance on a CH-47 on the aircraft's tail rotor at the Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) flight line in Gulfport, Miss., while participating in Exercise Southern Strike 15 (SS15), Oct. 28, 2014. SS15 is a total force, multiservice training exercise hosted by the Mississippi National Guard's CRTC, from Oct. 27 through Nov. 7, 2014. The SS15 exercise emphasizes air-to-air, air-to-ground, and special operations forces training opportunities.
