A member of the New York National Guard's 24th Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team (CST) in his protective suit for an exercise at the Suffolk County Water Authority's New Highway Pump Station on Monday, October 27, 2014. National Guard CSTs are trained to identify the presence of chemical, biological, or radiological agents and provide that information to local authorities.
