Capt. Jonathan Walsh, 7th Air Force chief of programs and asset management, pictured with two members of the Republic of Korea air force during an exercise, recently learned that he was selected for an Air Force-level education program. Walsh is one of two civil engineers at Osan Air Base, ROK, who will participate in the Education With Industry Program which will place them within an industry related to their career field. EWI participants are assigned to a company for 10 months in which time they will be expected to garner management skills, technical expertise as well as study best practices.
