A Soldier assigned to 173rd Airborne Brigade along with other Soldiers, including Troopers assigned to 2d Cavalry Regiment, are tested on their basic warrior tasks and drills during the Expert Infantry Badge competition at Grafenwoehr Training Area, located near Rose Barracks, Germany, Oct. 21, 2014. EIB holders lead the competitors through a series of tests including taking a part, firing and conducting a functions check on several different weapons as well as treating a casualty and reacting to incoming fire.
