    III Marine Expeditionary Force

Senior Airman Apolonio Arreola unscrews the top of a fire hydrant Oct. 17 on Camp Foster. This was done as part of an effort to increase water pressure in the Kishaba Terrace housing area by tying in water from another section of the base. All necessary precautions were taken beforehand to ensure the safety of the water being tied in, and tests conducted to check for bacteria came back negative. Arreola is a water and fuels system maintenance specialist with the 18th Civil Engineer Squadron, 18th Maintenance Group, 18th Wing. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Lena Wakayama/Released)
