    Able Seaman Edmund McCollin, from Barbados, mans an M240B .762 mm machine gun during a Patrol Craft Officer Course at Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School at Stennis Space Center, Miss. Officer course students participated in a field training exercise with students from the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation. The mission of Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School is to provide partner nation security forces with the highest level of riverine and littoral craft operations and maintenance technical training, while Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation focuses on providing professional education and training to eligible persons of the nations of the Western Hemisphere within the context of the democratic principles set forth in the Charter of the Organization of American States.
