Aviation Technician 1st Class Richard Walsh from Columbia Falls, Mont., stationed aboard USS Eisenhower (CVN 69) and part of CNO's Rapid Innovation Cell (CRIC) gives instructions for a breakout session during a Navy Warfare Development Command (NWDC) sponsored innovation workshop at Old Dominion Universities Engineering and Computational Sciences Building in Norfolk, Va., Sept. 12.
