Dedication Officially Opens Military Service Center to Veterans from Yesterday, Today and Into the Future

North Dakota Gov. Hoeven, Maj. Gen. David Sprynczynatyk, North Dakota National Guard adjutant general, cut the ceremonial red ribbon officially opening the Military Service Center in Bismarck, N.D. on Feb. 27. The Military Service Center's mission is to serve uniform members of all branches of service, veterans and their families.
