Maj. Gen. Gwen Bingham, commanding general of U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command, gives a speech about Women's Equality Day at the Zone One Morale Welfare and Recreation Center theater, Aug. 26. Bingham spoke about personal accounts of adversity in her career and the accomplishments of iconic women who pioneered social equality for women. Events like these are held to remind, and encourage Soldiers to remain resilient in the wake of adversity and that no challenge should cause a Soldier to violate their Warrior Ethos.
