William Banegas-Campos, a medical specialist of the 48th Combat Support Hospital based at Fort Meade, Md., medically screens a patient at the Innovative Readiness Training exercise Appalachian Mountain IRT 2014 in Cumberland, Md., Aug. 13, 2014.
