U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Christopher Reed, a munitions systems technician currently assigned to the 455th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron, works with Senior Airman Brandon Graves, a munitions systems technician, to string connection wire through a bomb conduit to an initiator as they build a GBU-38 bomb at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan. The GBU-38 is utilized by the F-16C Fighting Falcon. Reed and Graves are an example of total force integration. Both men are deployed from Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo. Reed is an active duty member originally from Des Moines, Iowa, while Graves is a reservist originally from Kansas City, Kan. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt. Cohen A. Young/Released)
