Lt. Col. James Bennett, 49th Wing inspector general, inspects mobility bags during a three-day deployment exercise at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., Aug. 19. The exercise was a part of the Air Force’s Commanders Inspection Program. The program is designed to test a unit’s ability to accomplish the mission with little warning, and provides feedback on areas of excellence or areas that need improvement.
