Chaplain (Col.) Marc Gauthler, U.S. Army Central command chaplain, preaches to Service members attending the Spiritual Fitness Breakfast at the Zone 2 dining facility here Aug. 20, 2014. This event is held bimonthly to increase spiritual resiliency and wellness of Service members deployed here. The U. S. Army Central Chaplain's Office provides comprehensive religious support across the operational continuum to ensure the free exercise of religion in coordination with USCENTCOM, component services, and coalition partners. Additionally, the Chaplain's Office supports the Command's Theater Security Cooperation events by developing professional relationships with the governmental, military and civilian religious leaders in the AO.
