Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs Juan M. Garcia III (center front) salutes the national anthem with other Navy training leaders and dignitaries at the weekly Pass-In-Review (PIR) graduation ceremony in the Midway Ceremonial Drill Hall on board Recruit Training Command (RTC), the Navys only boot camp, Aug. 15. Garcia toured the commands training facilities, talked with staff members and recruits and was the reviewing officer at the weekly PIR.
