Lt. Gen. Sean B. MacFarland, commanding general of III Corps and Fort Hood, receives the III Corps colors from Gen. Daniel B. Allyn, commanding general of the U.S. Army Forces Command, during the III Corps change of command ceremony at 9:15 a.m. Aug. 8 here. Allyn will soon become the vice chief of staff of the Army after he relinquishes command Aug. 15 of FORSCOM to Lt. Gen. (P) Mark A. Milley.
