The 81st Regional Support Command hosted the memorialization ceremony for the Major Michael L. Mundell U.S. Army Reserve Center located at Fort Campbell, Ky., Aug. 3. Mundell was killed on Jan. 5, 2007 in Fallujah, Iraq. The new reserve center, while located at Fort Campbell, is actually located on the Tennessee side of the post and houses the 1108th, 1109th and 1110th Mobilization Support Battalions. Here, family, friends and supporters of the honoree salute the U.S. flag during the playing of the Star-Spangled Banner.
