Maj. Jeffrey Hopkins, native of Midway, Ala., and 926th Engineer Brigade's Intelligence Officer receives his promotion to lieutenant colonel on the 926th Engineer Brigade headquarters roof top, Jan 28. Hopkins has been in the Army for 19 years. Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Talley, commander of the 926th Engineer Brigade, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, bestowed the rank on the new lieutenant colonel.
