Private First Class Jassett Jones uses a buccal (cheek) swab to take a sample of her own DNA during a bone marrow donor registration drive sponsored by U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka’s laboratory.
The samples will be genetically coded and entered into a national database of bone marrow donors.
