A boatcrew with Coast Guard Station Miami Beach, Florida, discovers a Styrofoam vessel that was reported to be the makeshift watercraft used by six men who were floating on inner tubes approximately five miles off Key Biscayne, Fla. The men reported that they disembarked the rustic vessel and floated on the inner tubes.
