A new sign welcomes pediatric patients to the Family Medicine Clinic at Naval Hospital Pensacola July 28. The Pediatric Clinic at the hospital merged with the Family Medicine Clinic to expand and enhance the existing Medical Home Port process. The Medical Home Port Teams in Family Medicine (Blue, Green and Gold) all have pharmacists, case managers, health coaches and now pediatric providers who will work together as a team to provide exceptional health care for enrolled beneficiaries.
