Col. Diana Holland, outgoing 130th Eng. Bde. Commander, hands to unit colors to Maj. Gen. Stephen Lyons, 8th Theater Sustainment Command Commanding General, during a change of command ceremony July 21st. Holland relinquished command after two years of providing superior engineer support across the Pacific Theatre as well as a deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan, where the brigade served as the Theater Engineer Brigade.
