Base Aid Station, Headquarters and Service Company, 1st Battalion, 2nd Marines, provides security inside the Saqlawiyah Clinic during an Optometry Cooperative Medical Engagement at Saqlawiyah, Iraq, Nov. 18, 2008. U.S. Marines and Sailors supported the Saqlawiyah Clinic with the first Optometry CME conducted in Iraq and to gather atmospheric information, reinforce the legitimacy of the Iraqi police and the organic medical services.
