Lieutenant Col. Eric D. Cloutier passes the colors to Lt. Col. Adam S. Conway during a change of command ceremony at Stone Bay aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., June 25. During the ceremony, Cloutier relinquished command of 3d Marine Special Operations Battalion, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command, to Conway. “It has been my extreme honor and privilege to serve alongside some of the finest men and women in the nation,” said Cloutier. “I wish the best of luck to (Conway) and look forward to reading about the great things the battalion will continue doing in the future.”
