U.S. Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Leslie Purser, commanding general, 108th Training Command (Initial Entry Training), speaks to the Drill Sergeants facilitating the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) during Cadet Summer Training (CST), about their experience supporting the mission on Fort Knox, Ky., June 15. The APFT Committee will explain the Army regulations and standards per event, perform a demonstration, and grade each Cadet while they take a record APFT during their first week at either Leader Development and Assessment Course or Leaders Training Course.
