Ensign Jennifer Oblinger, Naval Nuclear Power Training Command instructor, finishes as the first place female during the Run the Runway 5K, June 14, 2014, at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. The event fostered relationships with members of the surrounding community, while raising awareness about Lou Gehrig’s disease and honoring Brig. Gen.
