Betty Moore, general manger of Sleep Inn in Ruston, La., receives the Patriot Award in a recent ceremony at 527th Engineer Battalion armory in Ruston, La. 527th Executive Officer Maj. Larry W. Benton of Haughton, La., personnel officer Capt. Stewart A. Adams of Ruston, La., and Spc. Crystal L. Marshall of Ruston, La., joined Moore for the presentation. The award is presented by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve to recognize employers for employment policies and practices that are supportive of their employees' participation in the National Guard and Reserve.
