Tito Windham, a football player from John Curtis Christian High School, is presented a Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl certificate by Staff Sgt. Melvin Jackson, a Marine Corps recruiter, for his participation, May 6. Participants in the SFAAB are selected for being the top rated high school football players in the nation. The Marine Corps also looks at the player’s character, academic performance and proven leadership skills during the selection tour.
