Sgt. Gabriel Castillo from Boerne, Texas, with the 341st Tactical Psychological Operations Company out of San Antonio, Texas, discusses a solution with Dominican Republic National Police and army personnel to get the buses transporting members of the Medical Readiness Training Exercise (MEDRETE) through a protester's road blockade on the city line of Paraiso, Barahona, May 26. The buses were let through to provide medical care at the MEDRETE as part of the Beyond the Horizon 2014 mission to provide humanitarian assistance to the local residents of Barahona.
