U.S. Army Col. Randal Nelson, 7th Transportation Brigade (Expeditionary) commander, lays a brigade coin down during the Transportation Corps Memorial Wall Rededication Ceremony at Fort Eustis, Va., May 21, 2014. The rededication concluded with a ceremonial bell ringing as each of the 47 names added to the plaque were read aloud.
