Thirty cadets raise their hands to swear an oath of service in the U.S. Army during the University of Hawaii at Manoa's 104th Reserve Officer Training Corps commencement ceremony, May 19. Twenty-five of the cadets will serve in the active Army and five in the Hawaii National Guard, as second lieutenants. Gen. Vincent K.
