Leaders of the local community, Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. armed forces throw rice and coins inside a new classroom at Malobago Elementary School May 14 during a dedication ceremony in Guinobatan, Albay province, Philippines. The rice and coins represent good luck and fortune in the future. Dedication ceremonies were held around Albay to recognize the completion of the five engineering civic assistance program sites taking place as a part of Exercise Balikatan, including renovations of a school, building of classrooms, and construction of a health center.
